Living in a more rural location, this was a project I decided to make for my kids when they were small.

The  frame was constructed of tubular steel with a floor pan of 1.6mm mild steel.

I mounted a carting bucket seat on a pair of adjustable seat mounts, and I manufactured the foot pedal mounts to be easily adjustable. Can you see where I was going with this? Yes, I made it for the Kids but it had enough adjustment to allow dad to play as well!

It was powered by a Chinese copy of the Honda C90 but it offered 125cc and and 4 forward gears. With this engine there was no clutch for the kids to worry about making this motor absolutely ideal.

We spent hours on this bit of kit having terrific fun- some great memories.
